The highly-anticipated "𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐁𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑: 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠" will happen tomorrow, December 28, 2023.

PANAGTAGBO 2023 will begin with a Parade around Barangay Bilay scheduled to commence at 7:00 AM starting from Bilay NHS Grounds. Everyone is requested to be at the venue on or before the scheduled time to avoid delays.

A Thanksgiving Mass will be held at Sr. San Roque Chapel Bilay at 11:00 in the morning.

Other activities as well as the program flow for the opening program and evening event are also posted below for your guidance.

Gates will open at 9 in the evening after the evening program of PANAGTAGBO 2023: Bilay National High School Grand Alumni Homecoming! A 30-peso fee will be collected upon entrance.

Ma'am Cristy is one of the graduates of SHS Batch 2019, the pioneering batch of the Senior High School Department of Bilay National High School. She is the daughter of Mr. Ramil Micarandayo, the current SPTA President of Bilay National High School, and Mrs. Rosemary Micarandayo.
