CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | CHED SIKAP AY 2026–2027

Caraga State University, as one of the CHED-identified Delivering Higher Education Institutions (DHEIs) in the Caraga Region, invites qualified teaching and non-teaching personnel employed in eligible Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to pursue eligible master’s or doctoral degree programs through the Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP).

SIKAP-N is also available for qualified non-regular or non-plantilla HEI personnel, subject to the applicable service and eligibility requirements.

Remaining CHED Caraga application deadlines:

Batch 2: July 20, 2026
Batch 3: August 10, 2026

Interested applicants should coordinate immediately with their Sending Higher Education Institution (SHEI), as institutional screening, nomination, and endorsement deadlines may be earlier than the CHED deadlines.

Please note that admission to a Caraga State University graduate program and application for the CHED SIKAP scholarship are separate processes. Admission to CSU does not automatically guarantee scholarship approval. Scholarship awards remain subject to CHED’s eligibility requirements, evaluation, and availability of slots or funds.
