We would like to inform all examinees that the TEST VOUCHER for the JULY 2026 Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is now available for download.

Please note that any voucher downloaded before is invalid. Kindly download the updated version, which includes the identifier β€œ(R)” in the file name.

To print your test voucher, please follow the steps below using a laptop or desktop computer only. The voucher file will not open on mobile phones or other mobile devices.

Steps to Download and Print Your Voucher:
1. Log in to your JLPT account: https://jlpt-apply.jfmo.org.ph/
2. Click the β€œApplication List” tab located at the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Click the icon labeled β€œPrint Voucher” (second icon from the right).
4. An Excel file of your voucher will be downloaded. If an error message appears when opening the file, simply click β€œYes” to proceed.
5. In Page Setup, select A4 as the paper size and click Print.

Important Reminders:
β€’ Only printed (hardcopy) test vouchers will be accepted on examination day.
β€’ Digital copies (e.g., on mobile devices) will not be accepted.
β€’ Print your voucher on A4-size white bond paper.
β€’ Ensure the voucher is clear and unmarked, do not fold, crumple, scratch, or write on it.
β€’ Verify your personal details (e.g., name, birthdate) on the voucher.
** For corrections, approach your assigned Main Proctor on the test day.
** Do not edit the voucher yourself under any circumstances.
