We would like to inform all examinees that the TEST VOUCHER for the JULY 2026 Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is now available for download.
Please note that any voucher downloaded before is invalid. Kindly download the updated version, which includes the identifier β(R)β in the file name.
To print your test voucher, please follow the steps below using a laptop or desktop computer only. The voucher file will not open on mobile phones or other mobile devices.
Steps to Download and Print Your Voucher:
1. Log in to your JLPT account: https://jlpt-apply.jfmo.org.ph/
2. Click the βApplication Listβ tab located at the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Click the icon labeled βPrint Voucherβ (second icon from the right).
4. An Excel file of your voucher will be downloaded. If an error message appears when opening the file, simply click βYesβ to proceed.
5. In Page Setup, select A4 as the paper size and click Print.
Important Reminders:
β’ Only printed (hardcopy) test vouchers will be accepted on examination day.
β’ Digital copies (e.g., on mobile devices) will not be accepted.
β’ Print your voucher on A4-size white bond paper.
β’ Ensure the voucher is clear and unmarked, do not fold, crumple, scratch, or write on it.
β’ Verify your personal details (e.g., name, birthdate) on the voucher.
** For corrections, approach your assigned Main Proctor on the test day.
** Do not edit the voucher yourself under any circumstances.
