For clarification po, di naman po ako awardee as Most Outstanding Teacher po, pero I'm grateful to be one of the nominees po for our district, representing our school. Being nominated po is also a great recognition for me and for the school. With God's grace, I will continue to strive to become a better teacher po. Salamat po. ❣️

Meet one of Bulan's newest doctors —and one of my former students!

So happy to see you again, Dr. Deanna Corinne Serrano, RM, RN, MD, as you officially join the Bulan healthcare team.

She is my former student at Bicol University Integrated Laboratory School – High School Department, where I taught during my teaching internship in college. Even back then, she stood out as the class valedictorian. She later became the 2nd Placer in the 2018 Nursing Licensure Examination before earning her medical degree.

I am truly happy and proud of everything she has accomplished. Seeing her achieve such remarkable milestones in her career is both inspiring and rewarding as her former teacher.

Some things never change—she remains as humble, kind, and brilliant as she was in high school. Congratulations once again, Doc! Wishing you all the best as you serve the people of Bulan. We are truly blessed to have you in our community.
