Empowered & Informed: Junior Katropa Adolescent Reproductive Health Seminar


Yesterday, September 8, 2026 — We, the Senior High School students of Saluysoy Integrated School, gathered at our school Covered Court for a meaningful Adolescent Reproductive Health Seminar under the Junior Katropa Program—standing for Kabataang Tapat sa Responsibilidad, Obligasyon at Pangarap! 📚💙

This activity, led by our Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and supported by the City Government of Meycauayan and Barangay officials, opened our eyes to the changes we go through as teenagers—equipping us with awareness, responsibility, and care for our well-being. We learned so much, and every insight will guide us as we grow.

Dahil sa malakas na pag-ulan at pagbaha dulot ng Habagat, ang Saluysoy Integrated School ay magsasagawa ng Flexible Learning Program upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral, g**o, at kawani, habang ipinagpapatuloy ang pagkatuto.

Kaligtasan ang ating pangunahing prayoridad!

Hinihikayat ang lahat ng mag-aaral at mga magulang/guardian na:
✅️ Manatiling ligtas at umiwas sa mga lugar na binabaha;
✅️ Patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng paaralan;
✅ ️Isagawa ang mga learning activities na ibibigay ng mga g**o; at
✅️ Panatilihin ang maayos na komunikasyon sa mga g**o at adviser.

Patuloy na nagbibigay ng makabuluhang oportunidad ang Saluysoy Integrated School sa pamamagitan ng pagpapatupad ng Fine Jewelry Making Program sa antas ng Senior High School sa ilalim ng Technical Professional Track.

Sa pamamagitan ng Project JEWELS through ALAHAS (Jewelry-making Engagement for Workforce Readiness, Entrepreneurial and Lifelong Skills through Accessible Learning and Assistance for Honing Artistry and Specialization), nabibigyan ang ating mga mag-aaral ng pagkakataong matuto ng world-class skills na sumasalamin sa mayamang industriya ng Meycauayan—ang kinikilalang Jewelry Capital of the Philippines.

Sa paggabay nina Ma'am Everlyn C. Villacorta at Ma'am Ma. Leonora S. Chou, Sa programang ito, ang ating mga Senior High School learners ay:

Natututo ng jewelry design, molding, at jewelry production;
Nagkakaroon ng hands-on experience gamit ang industry-based techniques;
Nahuhubog sa entrepreneurship at workforce readiness;
Naipapakita ang kanilang pagkamalikhain at teknikal na kasanayan; at
Naihahanda para sa mas malawak na oportunidad sa kolehiyo, trabaho, at negosyo.

Ang Fine Jewelry Making Program ay patunay ng pangako ng Saluysoy Integrated School na maghatid ng dekalidad, makabago, at makabuluhang edukasyon na nakatuon sa pangangailangan ng komunidad at industriya.

Sama-sama nating hubugin ang mga kabataang Meycauayeño na handang kumislap at magtagumpay—isang alahas, isang pangarap, at isang kinabukasan sa bawat pagkakataon.

✨ New School Year, New Leaders, New Beginnings! ✨

Today, June 11, 2026, the Senior High School Department officially kicked off the school year with excitement and purpose! We held our General Assembly led by the SIKLAB Club and our dedicated SHS teachers—where new club members and officers were formally elected and welcomed.

To start the day right, students were warmly greeted and welcomed by our supportive SHS teachers, together with our School Assistant Principal II, Ma’am Gigi Reyes.

The General Assembly and Oath-Taking Ceremony was a huge success, filled with energy, commitment, and fresh ideas! 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible—special appreciation goes to the SIKLAB Club members and the entire SHS teaching team for their hard work, guidance, and dedication! 💜

Strengthening Partnerships for a Brighter Future at Saluysoy Integrated School! 🩵💛

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and community collaboration, the School Head of Saluysoy Integrated School, Atty. Emerson T. Ceria, together with the members of the School Governance Council (SGC), paid a courtesy visit to our esteemed Barangay Chairman, Hon. Arnaldo R. Velasco.

The meeting served as an opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Government for its invaluable support and assistance throughout the past school year. Through the strong partnership between the school and the barangay, many programs and initiatives have been successfully implemented for the benefit of our learners and the community.

The visit also focused on coordinating plans and upcoming developments for School Year 2026–2027, particularly the expansion of educational opportunities at Saluysoy Integrated School.
