Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. successfully conducted an enriching IB Workshop for our Preschool and Grade School teachers, focused on deepening their understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy, approaches to teaching and learning, learner profiles, and the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
The workshop provided meaningful opportunities for reflection, collaboration, and professional growth as our teachers continue to create engaging and holistic learning experiences for our learners.
Our sincere gratitude to our resource speaker, Ms. Elaine Grace Q. Villavicencio, MaEd, LPT, IB PYP Educator and English Language Specialist from Sunnyside International School, Gifu, Japan, for generously sharing her expertise, experiences, and valuable insights with our teachers.
Thank you for inspiring our Preschool and Grade School educators to nurture curious, reflective, and lifelong learners.

To all DYCIans,
As per directive of the Office of the President (Malacañang) and the Local Government Unit of Bocaue, IN-PERSON classes at ALL LEVELS are SUSPENDED tomorrow, THURSDAY, August 20, 2026, due to the current weather conditions brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), including flooding in several areas and the expected continuation of heavy rainfall and related hazards.
To ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing everyone’s safety, all classes THURSDAY shift to OFFLINE LEARNING MODALITY.
Faculty members are advised to provide video lectures, modules with activities, and reviewers through the school’s official Learning Management System (LMS) for students to access and accomplish at their own pace.
