On a rainy Friday, BPA 3A took the challenge and opportunity to be part of Balitaktakan: Tinig ng Kinabukasan Season 2, hosted by Tingog Partylist under Congress TV.

To Jakee, Jaze, and Thirdy—you three were truly stunning under the beaming lights. Your intelligence, wit, and firm stances made every bit of support worthwhile. Proud kami sa inyo!

BPA 3A also extends our heartfelt thanks to our Program Chairperson, Mr. Masahiro Kobayashi, the faculty, and BulSU admin for this experience. Maraming Salamat po.

And to everyone who showed up, shared their insights, and supported despite the inclement weather. Taas kamaong pagbati!

Different stories, perseverance, and memories are unbuckled as our journey as BPA 2nd-year students ended; it leaves us learnings and motivation that can be tools as we are going to face another year of aiming and achieving our goals.

Truly, challenges and struggles help us to keep going and fight despite our different strengths and weaknesses—holding together and trusting each other contributes to making our friendships, patience, dedication, and section burning. 🫂

Congratulations, BPA-2A; this semester was definitely a challenge, but seeing the results makes it all worth it, our consistency and hard work finally and gradually paying off. 😎

"Ang taong tunay na may malasakit sa bayan ay marunong bumaba at lumubog sa tunay na danas ng lipunan." 🚃

Ang Voluntary Sector Management ay hindi lamang isang asignatura na kailangan maipasa, ito ay isang daan upang gisingin ang diwa ng pagiging isang lingkod-bayan at magkaroon ng bukas na kamalayan sa tunay na nangyayari sa lipunan na ating ginagalawan.

Gamit ang nagkakaisang-diwa at kolektibong kaisipan ay mabubuhay ang natutulog na malasakit ng kabataan sa kaniyang bayan. Sa kabilang ng kabi-kabilang isyu na may kinalaman sa kabataan, narito ang BPA-2A na nagsagawa ng paunang hakbang upang makatulong sa lipunan gamit ang sistematikong pamamaraan. Ang kabataan ay mahahalintulad sa isang buto na naipunla sa lupa, darating ang tamang panahon na ito ay mamumukadkad at magyayabong at maghahatid ng pakinabang sa lipunan.

Lubos pong nagpapasalamat ang BPA-2A sa bukas na pagtanggap sa amin ng Munisipalidad ng Plaridel at sa Barangay Tabang. Ang inyo pong mainit na pagtanggap ay nagbigay sa amin ng motibasyon na tignan ang tunay na problema ng bayan at gumawa ng hakbang upang ito ay mabigyan ng konkretong solusyon.

From Commitment to Actions: The Philippines' Progress Toward the Sustainable Development Goals was successfully wrapped as it offered an insightful two-session seminar that aimed to inform the freshman public administration students about the role and importance of sustainable development goals as we approach the year 2030.

The program formally starts with an opening ceremony that includes an opening prayer, singing of the national anthem, and university hymn. Followed by the opening remarks from the BPA Sophomores Mayors, Ms. Jakeelyn Garcia and Ms. Arlene Anzures, as they emphasize the importance of active participation of the BPA Freshmen.

The main event of the seminar formally commenced as the selected representatives from BPA 2A and BPA 2B discussed their tasked SDGs, which cover the Philippines' actions and achievements towards SDGs and the different mechanisms that help to improve the status of the Filipinos and the Philippines.

The program concluded with insightful knowledge sharing and reflections about the learnings that the freshmen gained from the presenters. For the closing remarks, Dr. Victoria P. Valenzuela left a remarkable message on how students can contribute to achieving true and long-term effects, which helps to attain the development that the citizens needed.

The seminar would not have been possible without the dedication and collaboration of everyone involved. To all BPA 2A and 2B students, thank you for your hard work and teamwork, which contributed to the success of this event. And most of all, many thanks to Dr. Victoria P. Valenzuela for her guidance, support, and inspiration.
