Sa tagubilin ng Department of the Interior and Local Government o DILG at sa rekomendasyon na rin ng Office of Civil Defense at mga miyembro ng gabinete ay WALANG PASOK sa lahat ng antas ng klase at mga tanggapan ng gobyerno bukas, Hulyo 22, 2025.

Ngunit ang essential employees ay kinakailangan pumasok. Sa mga pribadong kumpanya naman ay nakadepende sa pamunuan ang desisyon ng pagpasok.
