This rainy season, Aquinas remains a home for our furry friends, providing shelter and a safe place for our campus cats when the rain comes.

As we continue to experience rainy days and the cancellation of classes, we also remind all Aquinians to stay safe, warm, and dry at home. Please continue to take care of yourselves and your loved ones while the weather remains unpredictable.

At Aquinas, our senior students take the time to care for and support our younger Aquinians. Through simple acts of kindness, they help create a welcoming and nurturing environment where our little ones feel safe, valued, and included.

Because at Aquinas, caring for one another is part of what makes our community special.

PRESTANTE DOMINO — With hearts ready to serve and hands willing to help, Aquinas de Escolar Academy, led by Dr. Emeliza G. Laurenciana, with the meaningful support of her son, Sir Geoffrey G. Laurenciana, conducted its Aquinas Malasakit Outreach Program 2026, bringing compassion and generosity to members of the community.

The outreach program brought together the school’s administrators and faculty members, who worked hand in hand to make the activity meaningful. Their presence and active participation reflected the school’s commitment to extending care and service beyond the classroom.

For the administrators and teachers, the activity was not simply about giving material assistance. It was about taking time to connect with people, listen to their stories, share what they could, and let them feel that they were remembered and cared for.

Under the leadership of Dr. Emeliza G. Laurenciana, the Aquinas community demonstrated that the value of malasakit begins with genuine concern for others. The administrators and faculty members came together not only as school leaders and educators but also as members of a community willing to lend a helping hand.

The outreach also served as a reminder that education goes beyond lessons, examinations, and academic achievements. Teachers have the opportunity to teach through their actions, showing that kindness, generosity, and service are values worth carrying wherever one goes.

Throughout the activity, simple smiles, conversations, and gestures of kindness created meaningful moments. What may have seemed like a small act of giving became an opportunity to bring encouragement and hope to others.
