The training included ๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐›๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ (๐Œ๐“๐ˆ๐ฌ), covering topics relevant to the Basic ROTC Cadets and their ongoing training.

Following the lectures, the ๐๐š๐ฌ๐ข๐œ ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐‚๐š๐๐ž๐ญ๐ฌ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐Œ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ ๐„๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, assessing their knowledge and understanding of the lessons covered during the previous training sessions.

The training was led by ๐‹๐“๐‚ ๐‘๐Ž๐’๐„๐Œ๐€๐‘๐ˆ๐„ ๐€ ๐๐€๐•๐Ž๐“๐€๐’, ๐๐€๐…๐‘ (๐†๐’๐‚), Commandant, together with the dedicated ๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ (๐Œ๐“๐ˆ๐ฌ) who provided instruction and guidance throughout the training.

A major part of the training focused on the ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ. The ๐Œ๐“๐ˆ๐ฌ ๐๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฏ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, while the advance officers and cadets were given the opportunity to perform and apply the instructions.

Throughout the activity, the ๐Œ๐“๐ˆ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ž๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง to improve the cadetsโ€™ ex*****on, coordination, and discipline in drill movements. The training emphasized the importance of proper form, timing, synchronization, and responsiveness to commands.

The ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ก ๐‰๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  served as an opportunity for cadets from the participating ROTC units to strengthen their skills through continuous instruction, practice, and correction.

A highlight of the training was the ๐‰๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ ๐ƒ๐จ๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‘๐š๐ง๐ค๐ฌ ๐‚๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ for the cadets of โ€œ๐๐€๐‹๐€๐‘๐€๐–,โ€ โ€œ๐’๐€๐๐†๐Š๐€๐‹๐€๐’๐€๐†,โ€ โ€œ๐’๐ˆ๐†๐‹๐€๐˜๐€,โ€ and โ€œ๐ƒ๐ˆ๐–๐€๐๐†๐๐”๐Š๐‹๐Ž๐ƒ.โ€ The ceremony marked an important milestone as the cadets formally received their new ranks, symbolizing their growth and the greater responsibilities entrusted to them.

Following the ceremony, the ๐๐š๐ฌ๐ข๐œ ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐‚๐š๐๐ž๐ญ๐ฌ proceeded with their ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐„๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, which assessed their knowledge and understanding of the lessons covered throughout their training. This allowed the cadets to demonstrate their preparedness and apply the knowledge they had gained from their previous training sessions.

The fourth Joint ROTC Training served as another meaningful step in the cadetsโ€™ development, combining recognition of their achievements with an opportunity to assess their academic progress. Through these activities, the cadets continue to develop the discipline, responsibility, and commitment necessary to become capable and dependable members of the ROTC program.

The training formally commenced with an orientation, followed by the introduction of the Corps and Staff from each participating ROTC unit. This activity fostered camaraderie among the cadets while strengthening coordination and cooperation between the three institutions.

The program proper was led by ๐‹๐“๐‚ ๐‘๐Ž๐’๐„๐Œ๐€๐‘๐ˆ๐„ ๐€ ๐๐€๐•๐Ž๐“๐€๐’, ๐๐€๐…๐‘ (๐†๐’๐‚), Commandant; ๐Ÿ๐‹๐“ ๐†๐‹๐„๐๐ ๐Œ๐€๐‘๐Š ๐• ๐€๐˜๐Ž๐, ๐๐€๐…, Assistant Commandant; ๐Œ๐’๐† ๐‰๐ˆ๐Œ๐Œ๐˜ ๐ ๐๐€๐‘๐‚๐ˆ๐’๐Ž, ๐๐€๐…, Finance NCOIC; together with the dedicated Military Training Instructors, who shared valuable knowledge and guidance to further develop the cadets' understanding of military discipline, leadership, and the core values of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps.

The successful conduct of the first joint training reflects the commitment of the participating institutions to produce disciplined, competent, and service-oriented citizen soldiers through unity, collaboration, and excellence in military education.

The event also marked the formal transition of leadership through the Turnover of Command Ceremony, symbolizing the continuity of excellence, responsibility, and service within the Corps. Special recognition was also given to outstanding cadets who demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership, and dedication throughout their ROTC training.
