ICONS, You’re allowed to protect your peace. 🫶

No need to apologize for resting.
No need to pretend you’re fine.
No need to carry everything alone.

Take the break. Drink some water. Log off when you need to. Talk to someone you trust.

Your mental health isn’t “too much.” It matters. Period. 💚

A Little note for you, ICONS. 🤗

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. School, friendships, family, expectations, and everything in between can be a lot to carry.
But please, try to reflect on these daily affirmations—especially on the days when no one else tells you beautifully matter... 💙

Take a breath. Be gentle with yourself. And remember, you matter more than you know. 🌱🤍
