Dumalo si 𝗟𝗦𝗖 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝘇, kasama ang iba pang mga gobernador at student leaders ng BASC, sa 𝟮𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗔𝗣𝗦𝗔𝗦 𝗜𝗜𝗜 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 na ginanap noong Marso 12–13 sa Abucay, Bataan. Isinagawa ang pagtitipon sa temang “𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦-𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺: 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘈𝘚 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘋𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺,” na naglalayong palakasin ang kakayahan ng mga lider-estudyante sa makabagong pamumuno at responsableng pakikilahok sa digital na komunidad.

Sa naturang convention, nagkaroon din ng pagkakataon ang mga kinatawan ng BASC na makilala at makipag-ugnayan sa iba’t ibang student leaders mula sa mga State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) sa buong Region 3.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 02-2026, Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) is implementing a temporary adjusted work arrangement in compliance with national government energy-saving measures amid rising global oil prices and fuel supply tensions.

𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞

To maintain the required 40-hour workweek while reducing energy consumption, the college will operate under the following schedule:
• 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: Monday to Thursday
• 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬

• 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥: Effective immediately, March 9, 2026.
• 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥: Starting Wednesday, March 11, 2026 (to allow for the rescheduling of Friday laboratory classes).

𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

While most administrative offices will follow the new schedule, essential personnel—including Security, Animal Caretakers, and Utility/Grounds staff—will remain operational as needed to ensure campus safety and maintenance.

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Please coordinate with your instructors regarding the updated Friday laboratory schedules. We appreciate your cooperation as we do our part in national energy conservation.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬: Please schedule all official transactions at Bulacan Agricultural State College from Mondays to Thursdays. Offices will be closed on Fridays as part of this temporary energy-saving measure.

Apatnapung taon na ang lumipas mula nang magkaisa ang taumbayan noong Pebrero 22 hanggang 25, 1986 sa 𝗘𝗗𝗦𝗔 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Hindi armas ang dala kundi tapang, paninindigan, at pagmamahal sa bayan. Ipinakita ng mga Pilipino na kapag sama sama, kayang ituwid ang mali at ipaglaban ang kalayaan.

Sa kasalukuyan, maraming hamon ang patuloy na sumusubok sa ating demokrasya. May mga 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗸𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻. May mga 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻. Pero ang diwa ng EDSA ay hindi lang alaala. Isa itong paalala na 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙠𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙮𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣.

Hindi natatapos ang laban sa pag alala. Nagsisimula ito sa pagkilala sa katotohanan at paninindigan para sa tama. Ang kalayaan ay hindi minana lamang. Ipinaglaban ito noong 1986. At tungkulin natin itong pangalagaan ngayon at sa mga susunod pang taon.
