This age we can find subscription boxes to suit any kind of person... most of us amass the best of the best... weightloss products😄, beauty regimen kits🧖‍♀️, skin care sets 👸, healthy meal packs, d.i.y. hobby knick - knacks... a collection of old photos.

We mean one thing with our subscriptions - we look no further... we mean, wellness. It doesn't matter sometimes how it affects the add-ons on our budget, that is because wellness grants the totality of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

We keep a list of all encompassing wellness promising products and services but to my mind I still call some form of discontent... some form of doubt and defeat when I face the mirror. A research happiness explored anywhere does not guarantee a happy conclusion...which is why, daily, with or without... Grace is that same exact box I need to have more subscriptions for. Grace resets my mind and decreases anxiety... when things all seem well outside...a lot times, it bleeds inside and what keeps the heart calm is not the collection of subscription boxes I keep for myself... not my resource, not my sufficiency (because, I am most of the time in lack)... but it's in those times when like rain, grace falls on me.

We've got some creative tools helping us stabilize our well-being, try Grace as thera-box. Surely we got all...because the One who gifts it to us, gifts generously.

Sometimes really we need to be adjusting our grip...like when it's for us to keep something then we keep it for good or when it's tough not to let go, then we let lose.

This French vanilla's hotter than I expected so it's on the table waiting for an extra little time to cool down a bit.

I'm again taking into perspectives... what it means to keep and to lose.

🦖 Too many expectations lead to losing sense of the reality.
🦖 Experience gurantees wiser lessons subsequently, smarter thoughts.
🦖 Anything that's not supposed to be held or taken at the right time only brings frustrations.

..so I laid the tea and waited for sometime...

It's the thought of "waiting" that keeps our nerve from enjoying the present but if we choose to mean "enjoying"to keep us company while we wait no matter how long... we can get and sip teas that's just soothing deep down while we're on a rainy weather.

A person's confidence or a lack of it (definitely!) is something that's born in his/her first environment... home (if it's rightful to call it that way...).

Taking this, parents and every member of the family have a lot to handle in building another member's confidence leading to a person's successes in life or in tearing it down...leading to a person's own ruin.

SAY a word to a child...
what word is it?

We parents don't buy our kids stuffs that would fascinate them only for a moment, thinking that the toys we give them will likely bring childhood happiness that would someday become the source of their joy...rather we give them great memories of time & teaching...these things endure.

Before we get them become part of a greater community and just before they would know they are going to be part of a condemning, criticizing, cruel society, we have already done our part to foster love and trust in our own homes...and cultivate seeds of confidence in the hearts of our children, regardless of their talents and skills...no bias...no discrimination...so that as they go out, their quivers, full...their hearts, fierce... their mind, stable...their soul, whole.

If we are not so much into "praising", at least we aren't the source of their own discouragement...

How we have craved for affirmation...the same is true in them.💕

There is no such thing as too much "lavishing of love towards our children"... every ounce of love we give them matter, one by one in time, in place. Each matters. Each love language we show them lingers as they grow...and like us, during our childhood and as we were becoming adults, we, each, have dug to the deepest... looking for the love that were like jewels hid in our hearts... we use them one by one, to redeem our time and our cause as individual... we have been surviving and winning our battles because we have enough of that love from our first environment to sustain us with weapon.

I have witnessed hungry souls for love...in the eyes of people I meet...sometime in my past, others at present...and in fact, I have also met myself, facing the image I see in front of the mirror or the one that hid the teary eyes and is sleepless at night... wondering how much love I have savored in my childhood...and if there is enough to sustain me all throughout my adulthood.

'glad and grateful I have had more than enough of that and I call it grace... my families are never perfect but their love is more than enough to keep and sustain me against criticisms... putting pieces of fragmented self back into shape, teaching the heart to appreciate the art of stitches and the mystery of burns... we (all) should know what future gifts a person receives when he/she has received enough love from his/her own home or in that place where he/she first heard his/her name called.

"Dinah!" ...their voices reverberate...sounds are never strange.

If you have enough of that love, my friend be that first person to reach out to those who have been hardly searching for it.

Reach out!

If you are a parent, begin loving your child by building him/her up.

Let his/her insecurities be put to sleep... let your songs lull every aching insecurities to sleep...let your child wake up to a bright beginning, every day...know that when the time comes, you're gone physically, your words would linger and your love is that big something your child would live by.

Be that person.
