The Philippine College Foundation, Inc. proudly celebrates another significant milestone as the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd), Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCrim) programs receive their PACUCOA Level I Formal Accredited Status, duly endorsed to the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).

Isang pambihirang tagumpay ang naitala sa kasaysayan ng Philippine College Foundation (PCF) nang makamit ni Shienna Kristalline G. Rigor, isang BSBA 4th Year student, ang perpektong General Weighted Average (GWA) na 1.00 sa First Semester ng Academic Year 2025–2026.

Hindi ito simpleng mataas na marka—ito ay makasaysayang tagumpay. Si Shenna ang estudyante na nagtamo ng ganitong karangalan, kaya siya ang unang “President’s Lister” ng institusyon.

Sa kabila ng mataas na akademikong pamantayan, nananatiling aktibo si Shienna sa pamumuno at serbisyo. Bilang kasalukuyang President ng Junior Financial Executives (JFINEX) ng PCF, pinatunayan niyang kayang pagsabayin ang akademikong kahusayan at responsableng pamumuno. Ang kanyang dedikasyon sa pag-aaral at organisasyon ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa kanyang mga kapwa estudyante.

Ayon sa kanyang mga g**o at kaklase, kilala si Shienna sa kanyang disiplina, sipag, at determinasyon. Hindi siya natitinag ng mga hamon; sa halip, ginagawa niyang motibasyon ito upang lalong pagbutihin ang kanyang kakayahan.

Ang tagumpay ni Shienna ay hindi lamang personal na karangalan kundi simbolo rin ng kahusayan at posibilidad para sa buong komunidad ng PCF. Ipinapakita nito na sa pamamagitan ng tiyaga, tamang pamamahala ng oras, at malinaw na layunin, ang tila imposibleng pangarap ay maaaring maging realidad.

Sa kanyang makasaysayang GWA na 1.00, iniukit ni Shienna Kristalline G. Rigor ang kanyang pangalan sa kasaysayan ng PCF—isang huwaran ng dedikasyon, pamumuno, at walang kapantay na akademikong kahusayan.

Nitong Abril 27, 2026, iginawad kay Shienna ang kanyang natatanging karangalan sa ginanap na Academic Recognition 2026, kasama ang iba pang estudyanteng nagkamit ng academic honors. Bilang pagkilala sa kanilang pagsisikap, makakatanggap din sila ng tuition discount mula sa paaralan, batay sa kanilang general weighted average.

Higit pa sa simpleng insentibo ang programang ito ng PCF—ito ay konkretong pagpapakita ng pagpapahalaga sa kahusayan ng mga estudyante. Sa pamamagitan ng tuition discount, hindi lamang nabibigyang gantimpala ang sipag at tiyaga, kundi napapalakas din ang motibasyon ng mga mag-aaral na magtagumpay.

Pinapairal din nito ang diwa ng tagline ng PCF: “The School That Trains For Service.” Sa bawat estudyanteng nagsusumikap at nagtatagumpay, tulad ni Shienna, mas lalong nabibigyang saysay ang layunin ng institusyon na humubog ng mga indibidwal na hindi lamang mahusay, kundi handang maglingkod sa lipunan.

Sa kanyang makasaysayang tagumpay, si Shienna Kristalline Rigor ay buhay na patunay na ang kahusayan at paglilingkod ay maaaring magsabay—at sa pagsasama nitong dalawa, nabubuo ang tunay na kahulugan ng edukasyon.
