Last October 23, 2020, the Training Induction Program for HEO (Backhoe Loader) NC II was conducted at the Kibawe Tourism Hall. Scholars of the TWSP (Training for Work Scholarship Program) and UAQTEA (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education) Grants were oriented with the overview of TESDA and the scholarship grants.

We extend our special thanks to PD El Cid Castillo, Ma'am Juvy Jumawan, and Sir Sidney Verano of TESDA-Bukidnon for their time and support.

Congratulations! To the Batch 4 participants of Driving Light Vehicle NC II for completing the training program.

The assessment was held last October 10-11, 2020 at the Kibawe TESD Training Center (for the interview and written exam) and at the KCES Oval Grounds (for the practical exam).

We would like to thank the assessors, Engr. Augustine H. Matbagon & Engr. Jovel C. Petalcorin of PTC-Bukidnon; the TESDA Representative, Ma'am Arlene P. Bangcong; the trainers, Mr. Rolando Monteroyo and Mr. Alberto Aguanta; and especially LGU Kibawe for the support.

DO YOU WANT TO LEARN A NEW SKILL FOR FREE? KTESDTC HAS A SCHOLARSHIP SLOT FOR YOU!

Kibawe Technical Education and Skills Development Training Center recently received scholarship grants from TESDA for HEO - BACKHOE LOADER NC II.

70 slots are currently open for TWSP (Training for Work Scholarship Program) and UAQTEA (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education), adhering to the following requirements:

TWSP (20 slots)
Must be:
-Filipino Citizen
-21-59 years old (in compliance with the IATF Reso)

UAQTEA (50 slots)
Must:
-be a Filipino Citizen
-have at least 10 years of basic education
-NOT be a college graduate
-NOT be a holder of any National Certificate III or higher
-NOT be a current beneficiary of another government scholarship program

As per TESDA Circular No. 78, series of 2020, under the "new normal", priority shall be given to special clients such as but not limited to the following:
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs);
- Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Beneficiaries;
- EO 70 and 79 target clients
- New entrants and current enrollees of diploma programs;
- Workers and trainers in need of skills upgrading;
- Displaced workers due to Covid-19;
- Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET); and,
- TVET Trainers

Kibawe Technical Education and Skills Development Training Center is NOW accepting enrollees for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II!

The slots are LIMITED and FREE, so hurry and sign up now! This follows a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS so we urge everyone who is interested to visit our office as soon as possible.

STRICTLY NO RESERVATION OF SLOTS THROUGH FACEBOOK.

Should you wish to enroll, please proceed to our training center located at Purok 6, Brgy Palma, Kibawe, Bukidnon.

We will be accepting applicants until August 14, 2020 ONLY.

Maayong adlaw! KTESDTC has been receiving a lot of questions regarding our trainings. To save you time and effort from coming to our office to inquire, we have provided the following information. We ask you to read carefully.

📢 FAQs 📢

"Ma'am/Sir, pwede na ba mi maka enroll sa driving?"
As for the meantime, the answer is NO. KTESDTC is currently in the process of handling the assessment for the 4th batch of Driving Light Vehicle NC II. After such, we will be prioritizing employees of the Local Government Unit for the 5th batch. We will keep you posted as to when we will be accepting registrations for Batch 6.

"Unsa lain courses aside sa driving?"
As of now, we are only offering the following qualifications:
- HEO Backhoe Loader NC II
-Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II
NOTE, however, that we are yet to finalize the dates for the trainings.

"Pwede ba ko maka pa-lista sa Backhoe?"
Yes. However, it is a "first come, first served" basis. We are going to prioritize the first 25 applicants who have registered before the trainings were put on hold. If you did not make it to the cut-off, you will be given a slot on the next batch.

"Nagpa lista nako sa Backhoe, pero wala pa ko na tawagan usab. Unsa akong buhaton?"
Please be patient and continue waiting for further announcements. We have just received the go signal of the TESDA Provincial Office to proceed with the training, and we are currently in the process of finalizing the dates. Tentative schedule will be on the first week of August.

"Pwede na ko maka pa lista sa SMAW?"
Yes. You may proceed to our office to sign up. *TAKE NOTE that signing up does not automatically admit you to the training. This also follows a "first come, first served" basis. Only 25 applicants will be accepted per batch.

"Kanus-a mag sugod ang training sa SMAW?"
We are expecting to start the training for SMAW NC II on the month of August. If you have made the cut-off and have confirmed your attendance, we will contact you as soon as we have finalized the schedule.

"Naa ba'y bayad ni?"
Wala. You read it right! The courses/qualifications offered are all FREE; all expenses are covered by the Local Government Unit of Kibawe.

OTHER CONCERNS:
- We will NOT be entertaining any reservation of slots through your comments and/or direct messages. If you want to sign up, please proceed to our office (located at Purok 6, Palma, Kibawe, Bukidnon) to do so.
- Other courses such as Bookkeeping, Housekeeping, Masonry, Massage Therapy, Carpentry, etc., are yet to be offered.

The pandemic has greatly affected our operations, and so we humbly ask for your patience and support as we do our best to provide you our services.

Heads up, Batch 4!

To all Driving Light Vehicle NC II Batch 4 participants:

Are you ready for your assessment? We hope you are! If not, make sure to start practicing and reviewing your notes while you still have a few days left to do so. We are now waiting for the final schedule to be set by the assessment center, and then we're finally good to go.

As a reminder, please do not forget your Php200 (vehicle rental fee) on the day of the assessment.
