[CAMPUS UPDATE] Modernizing Library Services through Tech-Driven Inventory 📊📘

The Bukidnon State University - Baungon Campus Library recently conducted a Physical Books Inventory to account for all available and missing books in our collection.

To streamline this massive task, the library utilized a newly developed WebApp System created by John Jeric I. Trangia. The system modernizes the workflow—allowing books to be checked in real-time by scanning their designated barcodes, which seamlessly cross-references the data with the library's master system. 📱🔍

This initiative was successfully executed by our BSBA Interns, providing them with valuable, practical insights into internal library operations and data management.

We extend our gratitude to the interns for their hard work, and to our Campus Librarian, Viralou P. Indidanio, for supervising and leading this successful technological integration.

📢 ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS! 📢

To avoid any delays during the clearance period, please be informed that you need to access and set up your E-Clearance account ahead of time!

Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free clearance process:

Step 1: Scan & Log In 📲
Scan the provided QR code to be redirected to the E-Clearance Portal. On the login page, simply use your University ID Number as your username to log in.

Step 2: Setup Your Profile 📝
Provide your contact number and address.
⚠️ Note: Please strictly follow this address format: Purok, Barangay, Municipality, Province (Example: P3 Imbatug, Baungon, Bukidnon).
Once filled out, click the "Save & View Clearance" button.

Step 3: Wait for Approvals ⏳
On your E-Clearance main dashboard, you will see your progress. You just need to wait for the assigned signatories to approve and complete your 8 signatures.

Step 4: Unlock Your E-Clearance 🔓
Once all 8 signatures are marked as "Approved," the "View E-Clearance" button will be enabled, meaning you have successfully completed your clearance requirements!

Step 5: Save Your Proof 📸
Click "View E-Clearance" to see your final document. Please take a screenshot of your completed clearance as your official proof that you are done.

🛠️ Need technical assistance? If you experience any issues or need help setting up your account, please proceed to the Library/ICT Building and look for the ICT in-charge to assist you with your concerns.
