Official Seal-Making Contest
Kalilangan Central School Alumni Association
1. Purpose of the Contest
The Seal-Making Contest aims to design the official seal of the Kalilangan Central School Alumni Association that will serve as its permanent symbol of identity, unity, and commitment to the school’s vision, mission, and values.
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to all bona fide alumni of Kalilangan Central Elementary School.
Participants may join individually or as a group (maximum of three members per group).
Each participant or group may submit only one (1) entry.
3. Design Requirements
The proposed official seal must:
Clearly reflect the identity, history, and ideals of Kalilangan Central School and its Alumni Association.
Be original and must not have been copied or adapted from any existing seal, logo, or copyrighted design.
Be appropriate for use in official documents, certificates, banners, uniforms, signages, and digital platforms.
Use colors that are clear, meaningful, and visually balanced, and remain identifiable when printed in grayscale.
4. Required Entry Components
Each official entry shall consist of the following:
a. Seal Design
A colored digital copy of the proposed official seal in high resolution.
The seal must include the official name:
“Kalilangan Central School Alumni Association”.
b. Meaning and Interpretation of Symbols
A written explanation detailing the meaning and interpretation of every symbol, color, figure, and text used in the seal.
The interpretation must clearly explain how each element represents the school, the alumni association, and its values.
Note: Entries without the accompanying written meaning and interpretation shall be disqualified.
5. Submission Guidelines
Entries shall be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF).
The written interpretation shall be submitted on a second page of the same file.
All entries must be submitted on or before the official deadline set by the Alumni Association Secretariat.
Late submissions shall not be accepted.
6. Anonymity of Entries
To ensure fair judging, names of participants must not appear on the seal or the interpretation.
Each entry shall be assigned a code number by the contest committee for evaluation purposes.
7. Ownership and Usage Rights
All submitted entries shall become the property of the Kalilangan Central School Alumni Association.
The Alumni Association reserves the right to modify, refine, or combine elements of the winning design, with proper acknowledgment of the designer.
Non-winning entries may be used for documentation and reference purposes only.
8. Submit you entries through email ad [email protected] on or before August 22, 2026. Judging will be on August 23, 2026.
9. Announcement of Winners
The winning design shall be declared the Official Seal of the KCS Alumni Association.
The decision of the Board of Judges shall be final and unappealable.
