The Nativity of Our Lady College Seminary is a diocesan seminary whose primary purpose is the formation of future priests in the Diocese of Borongan (covering the civil province of Eastern Samar). In the past, the Diocese of Borongan would send college seminarians to other seminaries in the Philippines. In 1996, the Diocese, under the leadership of Bishop Leonardo Medroso, decided to open its own college seminary.
