The Elementary Education Department of BISU-Bilar's College of Teacher Education proudly conducted its 5th SiPag (Sining ng Pagbabasa) Extension Program at Riverside Elementary School,
today, November 8, 2024, from 3:00-5:00 pm.

SiPag (Sining ng Pagbabasa) Extension Program, it aims to enhance reading speed, accuracy, and expression. Foster comprehension, critical thinking, and connections. Introduce new vocabulary in context. Encourage analysis, inference, and evaluation. Nurture a love for reading and lifelong learning.

Our dedicated faculty, led by GED Chairperson, Ms. Adoracion P. Quitoras and followed by EED Chairperson, Ms. Emilyn S. Cinco, and in collaboration with the General Educators Organization (GEO) and selected BEED students, headed by the GEO Adviser Mr. Limwel A. Naldoza and also with the help of the Faculty and staff of Riverside Elem. School headed by the school principal, worked together to bring this enriching experience to the selected pupils ( Grade 4, 5, and 6).

"Reading is a journey, and every book is a new adventure"

LOOK || ELEMENTARY EDUCATION CONDUCTS 4th SIPAG EXTENSION PROGRAM

October 11, 2024, BISU-Bilar Elementary Education of College of Teacher Education conducted it's 4th SiPag (Sining ng Pagbabasa) Extension Program at Riverside Elementary School, Riverside, Bilar, Bohol at 3:00-5:00 pm today.

This activity help students read with speed, accuracy, and expression. Develop students' ability to understand what they read, identify key ideas, and make connections. Introduce new words and help students learn their meanings within context. Encourage students to analyze text, make inferences, and evaluate information. And create a positive and engaging environment that encourages students to enjoy reading for pleasure.

This activity was carried out by the EED faculty headed by the EED CHAIRPERSON Ms Emilyn S. Cinco and in collaboration with the General Educators Organization and selected classroom officers of BEED 1, BEED 2 and BEED 3, headed by the GEO Adviser Mr. Limwel A. Naldoza, they work together to deliver the Extension Program to the selected pupils (Grade 5 and 6).

Another successful SiPag session in the books!
3rd Friday of SiPag (Sining ng Pagbabasa) Extension Program

The Elementary Education Department (EED) of the College of Teacher Education (CTE), in collaboration with the General Educators Organization (GEO), has conducted the 3rd Friday "Sining ng Pagbasa" (SIPAG) extension program. This activity aims to spark young minds' curiousity and enthusiasm for literature, advancing crucial literacy skills while fostering a sense of community engagement. And it aims to foster of the love of reading on the learners to enhance their interest towards reading, this initiative was delivered out today October 4, at Riverside, Bilar.

The EED faculty, selected GEO officers and selected BEED 3 Classroom officers headed by the EED Chairperson Mrs. Emilyn S. Cinco, work together to deliver the extension activity to the selected pupils in Grades 4, 5, and 6.

Good News! General Educators Organization (GEO) has officially re-accredited organization.

In recognition of it's successful re-accredited as a Co-curricular Organization under the Campus Student Organization (CSO) of the Student Development Services for academic year 2024-2025. During the recognition of Campus Student Organization with the theme ; "Empowering Legacies: A Recognition to Celebrate One's Leadership, Unity, and Service" last October 2, 2024, Wednesday held at BISU-Bilar gymnasium.

The event was attended by General Educators Organization (GEO) Officers headed by the GEO President and the GEO Adviser Mr. Limwel A. Naldoza.
