This is to inform all motorists and passengers that effective June 1, 2026, the Local Government Unit of Tubigon will strictly reinforce Municipal Ordinance Chapter XV, Article VII – Motorcycle Helmet, Section 1076: Mandatory Wearing of Motorcycle Helmets.

All riders and passengers are advised to wear proper helmets at all times for safety and compliance with local regulations.

Today, HFNS FAMILY shared in celebrating the gift of vocation and the gift of priesthood.
𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗠. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗼, 𝗖𝗣, celebrated his thanksgiving Mass at Our Lady Of Light Parish, Loon, Bohol. Our Sisters, joined him in this Mass and offered prayers for him as he began this ministry of love and service.
He was an alumni of HFNS from Batch 2008. Though he was called late in his priestly vocation and entered the seminary at the age of 23, he was convinced that God did not get wrong in calling him to this vocation and he is ready to give his life until forever.
Fr.Arnie.Jade is the second alumni priest of our school and we are proud to have religious priests serving the Lord's vineyard. May our Mother Foundress and Martyred Sisters intercede for him.

Habemus Episcopum Novum!

In a moment of profound significance for the Church, His Holiness Pope Leo XIV today announced the appointment of Rev. Fr. Gerardo F. S**o Jr. as the new Bishop of the Diocese of Tagbilaran.

The announcement coincides with the celebration of the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord - a feast that commemorates the Incarnation of Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary’s faithful “yes” to God’s will.

Fr. S**o, who currently serves as Diocesan Administrator, becomes the 8th Bishop of Tagbilaran, succeeding Alberto Uy (Bishop Abet Uy).

His appointment underscores continuity in leadership, as he has guided the diocese during the period of sede vacante. Widely regarded for his pastoral zeal, humility, and sound administrative leadership, Fr. S**o has earned the trust and respect of clergy, religious, and lay faithful throughout the Diocese of Tagbilaran.

The timing of the announcement on the Solemnity of the Annunciation carries deep spiritual significance, highlighting themes of vocation, obedience, and openness to God’s will - virtues essential to episcopal ministry as a successor of the Apostles.

The Diocese of Tagbilaran now looks forward with renewed hope as it prepares to welcome its new shepherd.
