Please take note of our Summer Advisory. The Guidance Office will be open on Monday to Thursday only, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM.

I IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 4-DAY WORK WEEK
Mater Dei College adopts a 4-day work schedule. Offices will be open for transactions Monday- Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM.
With this, the Summer Learning Modality will be implemented as follows:
📌 Monday- Wednesday: Face-to-face classes
📌 Thursday: Virtual Classes
📌 Friday: Home-based Activities

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, you may now proceed with your enrollment.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, you may still do so within the enrollment period.

📌 Documents Required for Enrollment:

• High School Card / Transfer Credentials
(Original and 2–3 photocopies — the original will be submitted to the Registrar, and copies are needed for the Guidance Office and CON Office)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original and Photocopy)
• PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
• 2 pcs. 2x2 Pictures
• 2 White Long Folders
• 2 Fasteners
• Vaccination Card (Original and Photocopy)
• PhilHealth MDR – Required for students aged 21 and above (your own membership). For those below 21, your parents’ membership should be used.

NOTE: Make sure to have your own copies of the documents you submitted.

Enrollment lasts until June 11.
