ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL TES GRANTEES

TES-3B Reimbursement for Board/Licensure Examination Fees

Please be informed that, pursuant to the CHEDRO VII Regional Memorandum dated September 7, 2026, CHED is calling for the submission of requirements for TES-3B reimbursement of board/licensure examination fees for graduates of Batch 2023, 2024, and 2025.

All qualified TES grantees are advised to prepare and submit the required documents for consolidation.

📌 Requirements:
TES-3B Annex 3: Request for Availment

Official Receipt/Receipts from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)

Original official receipts of fees incurred for taking the licensure/board examination

Receipts must be properly affixed to a clean bond paper
TES-3B Forms 1 and 2 and other applicable attachments

📅 Submission Deadline:
September 18, 2026 (Friday)

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please ensure that all documents are complete, properly accomplished, clear, and properly arranged before sending. Submissions received after the deadline may no longer be accommodated for consolidation.
