This Mushroom Pork is hearty, flavorful, and just the kind of meal that makes you feel at home 🍲✨ Simple ingredients, big flavors—my kind of dinner hack 🤎 Who else loves saucy ulam with lots of rice, Kweenatics? 🙋♀️
Creamy Mushroom Pork Recipe Ingredients:
500g Pork Slices (Kasim or Belly)
1 ½ tbsp Butter 🧈
300g Mushroom (mixed) sliced 🍄
1 Onion minced
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Pork Cube
2 packs (500ml) Alaska All Purpose Creamer 🥛
500 ml–1 L water + Mushroom Brine, 1 tsp Black Pepper, and Salt to taste
For Pork Marinade
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Cornstarch Garnish
Spring Onion 🌿
