The municipality of Bobon is bustling with activities as it hosts another run of the Agro-Industrial Trade Fair in celebration of its 162nd Founding Anniversary. The fair is happening at Marian Plaza, Brgy. General Lucban, from July 30 to August 1, 2025. This year's event, under the theme "Preserve Culture, Build a Better Tomorrow," highlights Bobon's abundant agricultural resources, thriving industries, and captivating tourism potential.
Eladio T. Balite Memorial School of Fisheries (ETBMSF) actively joins the fair, showcasing its branded fishery products known as "Eladio's Best," spearheaded by the school's Senior High School Food Processing students. Visitors are invited to discover and enjoy delightful atsara, marinated bangus, fresh bangus, Spanish-style bangus sardines, special pork lumpia, and many more under the Eladio's Best label.
During the kick-off ceremony, the school administration was represented by department heads Mrs. Maria Melindo, Dr. Jocelyn Herrera, and Mrs. Mary Joanna Acebuche, along Mrs. Rogelda Abrau with and Food Processing teachers, Ms. April Joy Gallano and Mrs. Ruffa Cabagtong.
Through its participation, ETBMSF continues to support local agriculture and fisheries while contributing to the municipalityโs economic and cultural development.
Everyone is warmly invited to visit the ETBMSF booth and experience firsthand the quality and excellence in each Eladio's Best product. Let us patronize our local products and support Bobon's progress together.
