Deped Binicuil National High School Binicuil National High School was established in June 10, 1968 as a Barangay High School. It is located in Brgy. Hon. Mr. Perfecto J. Tupas in 1970.

Binicuil National High School is a child-friendly school, managed by God fearing and risk-taker school head supported by happy, highly trained and satisfied teachers. Binicuil, City of Kabankalan and has turned 44 years in its educational services offering the Basic Education Curriculum for Secondary. Emilio Peralta, the Barangay Captain, the Barangay Council and the parents made the efforts to bring education accessible to Binicuilanons. Sixto Barile, was the first Teacher-In-Charge and was replaced by Mr. Both were the Principals of Binicuil Elementary School. The pioneer teachers in high school were Lilian Tibus, Erlinda Magpantay, Clara Gequillana, Maria Rivas, Teresita Guadalupe, Sally Guanzon and Felimon Alsosa. It is 4.5 kilometers from Division Office. The school is accessible through tricycles, and other mode of vehicles because it's located along the highway. In communication, it can be accessed through landline, mobile and two-way phones. The school site which has 8,230 square meters in area and is located in the heart of the barangay was donated by the City Government of Kabankalan on August 8, 1989.
