The College of Education would like to inform all students and faculty that the Final Examinations for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026 will be held from May 18 to 23, 2026. This announcement is intended to provide clear guidance and help ensure that everyone is adequately informed and prepared for the upcoming examination period.

Students are encouraged to carefully review the official Final Examination Schedule and note their assigned dates, times, and rooms.

The College reaffirms its commitment to delivering a well‑organized and integrity‑driven examination period. Students are encouraged to approach their final examinations with confidence, diligence, and responsibility.

Note: Students enrolled in evening classes will follow their regular class schedules for their examinations.

𝐂𝐎𝐄𝐃 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟔 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐋𝐄𝐏𝐓

Tarlac State University – College of Education continues to strengthen its standing as a premier institution for teacher education after earning national recognition in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

TSU–COED secured the 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟓 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 nationwide for the Secondary Level among institutions with 300 or more examinees and at least 80% passing rate. Out of 460 examinees, 405 successfully passed the examination, with an impressive 88.04% institutional passing rate.

Meanwhile, the Elementary Level likewise achieved national recognition as the 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟔 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 nationwide among institutions with 100 or more examinees and at least 80% passing rate, producing 128 passers out of 149 examinees with an outstanding 85.91% passing rate.

These remarkable achievements reflect TSU–COED’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, transformative instruction, and quality teacher education. More than numbers, these milestones embody the perseverance, competence, and dedication of our students, faculty members, and academic leaders in shaping future-ready educators who will make meaningful contributions to society.

Tarlac State University – College of Education proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) passers and topnotchers. Your dedication, perseverance, and excellence have brought honor not only to yourselves, but to the entire TSU community.

Once again, TSU–COED has proven its unwavering commitment to transformative teacher education, producing educators who excel beyond expectations in both the elementary and secondary levels.

At the elementary level, BEED graduates achieved an impressive 98.41% passing rate among first-time takers, with an overall institutional performance of 85.91% — soaring far above the national passing rate of 56.03%.

Equally inspiring is the performance of the BSED graduates at the secondary level, recording a 95.24% passing rate for first-time takers and an outstanding overall institutional passing rate of 88.04%, greatly exceeding the national average of 73.10%.

These milestones stand as a testament to the relentless pursuit of excellence demonstrated by our students, faculty members, and administration for quality academic orientation and training in the College of Education.

To our newly licensed professional teachers, topnotcher, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and the whole TSU family — this victory belongs to all of us. May this success continue to inspire generations of educators who will shape the future with integrity, wisdom, and service.

Dr. Mendoza led the College of Education with dedication, excellence, and integrity as Dean before taking on a greater role in the University as Vice President for Academic Affairs. Through the years, he has shown genuine care for students, faculty, and staff while continuously leading with humility, vision, and purpose.

As he takes on the highest leadership role in the University, the College of Education expresses its full support and confidence in his vision and stewardship. We are hopeful and excited for the continued growth, innovation, and success of Tarlac State University under his administration.

Ms. Joyce Anne D. Polido from Tarlac State University will represent the university in the Carl Balita Review Center National Teacher Education Quiz Bee 2026, guided by the theme ASEAN to the World.

Joining Ms. Polido in representing the Province of Tarlac are Ms. Ma. Antonette Q. Monte (TSU) and Mr. Justin Maslog (ICF) under the guidance of Mr. Mark P. Castillo, a faculty member from the College of Education.
