As Typhoon Uwan (Fung-Wong) continues to intensify, here are some important updates you need to know.

🚨 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼.𝟯)

The Province of Rizal, including Binangonan, is currently under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 and lifted from Orange Rainfall Warning to Red Rainfall Warning.

This means that intense rainfall is expected in the coming hours, this may result in widespread flooding and landslides, especially in low-lying and mountain slope areas.

Here’s what you need to do now!

🔔 1.Evacuate Early and Stay Safe:
Leave immediately if you live in flood-prone, coastal, or landslide-risk areas. Do not wait for floodwaters to rise before evacuating

🔔2. Prepare Emergency Essentials:
Pack food, water, medicines, flashlight, power bank, clothes, and important documents. Keep your phones charged and stay ready for possible power outages.

🔔3. Stay Informed and Indoors:
Avoid going outside or driving through flooded roads. Continuously monitor official updates from PAGASA and the Municipal Government of Binangonan for safety instructions.

📣 In alignment with Memorandum Circular No. 106 from the Office of the President. Government Work are suspended on Monday (Nov.10). While classes are also suspended on November 10-11.

As of November 9, 2025, 6:30 PM

According to PAGASA, a Red Rainfall Warning is now raised over the entire Province of Rizal.

This Means:
• Expect intense rainfall that may cause widespread flooding and landslides.
• This warning is especially critical for low-lying areas and mountain slopes.

Safety Protocols:
• Be Alert: Strictly follow all safety protocols.
• Evacuation: If you live in an area prone to flooding or landslides, listen to your Local Government Unit (LGU) and evacuate immediately if necessary.
• Stay Indoors: Avoid going outside and remain inside your home.
• Stay Connected: Make sure your mobile phones are fully charged and listen only to official updates from your local authorities.
