A BIG HEART FOR SERVICE, A BIG IMPACT FOR LIVES!

WCC Aeronautical and Technological College – Binalonan Campus proudly celebrates being recognized as an ABIG AWARDEE and recipient of a Diploma of Service during the BISKEG YA DALA Awarding Ceremony, hosted by the Philippine Red Cross Pangasinan Chapter at SM City Urdaneta Central on August 26, 2026.

This recognition honors the persistence and dedication of the NSTP-ROTC and CESO Department, together with our faculty, Admin staff, students, volunteers, and partners, in conducting bloodletting activities every semester.

Kudos as well to the WCC Aeronautical and Technological College PAF ROTC Unit for their invaluable assistance and active role in facilitating our bloodletting activities.

971 Blood Units gathered in 2025 — 971 acts of hope, compassion, and life-saving service.

This achievement reminds us that education is not only about learning, but also about serving, giving back, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

May 13, 2026 | The Community Extension and Services Office (CESO) of WCC Aeronautical & Technological College – Binalonan Campus, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Pangasinan Chapter – Urdaneta City Branch, successfully conducted its Bloodletting Activity, where 307 successful blood donors answered the call to save lives through voluntary blood donation. This remarkable achievement reflects the WCC community's unwavering commitment to service, volunteerism, and social responsibility. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all our volunteer students, parents and guardians, faculty members, staff, and walk-in visitors whose generosity and compassion made this life-saving initiative possible. Your willingness to give not only saved lives but also inspired hope and strengthened the spirit of bayanihan within our community. The College of Engineering, in collaboration with the Community Extension Services Office (CESO), successfully implemented the outreach program, Aero-Plano: Disaster-Prepared Solar Kit Awareness Program, alongside its community extension project, SUNBOX: Solar Charging Station Project, in Brgy. Tabuyoc, Binalonan, Pangasinan.

These initiatives were designed to strengthen community resilience by enhancing participants' awareness of disaster preparedness and promoting the practical application of solar-powered technologies as sustainable energy solutions.

Through the collective efforts of the college, CESO, faculty members, and student volunteers, the program reflects the institution's continuing commitment to community engagement, sustainable development, and the pursuit of meaningful extension services that contribute to the welfare and long-term development of partner communities.

In one meaningful day, two impactful community initiatives, the Basic Composite for Community Livelihood Development and Liwanag ng Kinabukasan: Solar Street Light Donation, came together with one shared purpose: to empower lives and inspire hope through sustainable development and compassionate service.

Led by the Community Extension and Services Office (CESO), the dedicated faculty and staff of the College of Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT), and the committed SBO-AMT students, these initiatives reflect the power of collaboration in creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and lighting the way toward a brighter tomorrow.

Community in Action | National Disaster Resilience Month 2026 – Clean-Up Drive 🌱

As part of the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month 2026, WCC Aeronautical and Technological College, Inc. – Binalonan Campus, through the Community Extension and Services Office, proudly participated in the municipality-wide Clean-Up Drive along the Binalonan Provincial Road leading to Asingan in Brgy. San Felipe Sur.

Joined by the different colleges, academic departments, teaching and administrative personnel, student volunteers, and LGU agencies: MDRRMO, RHU, MBO, MENRO, Binalonan Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), BDRRMCs of Brgy. San Felipe Sur, Pasileng Norte, and Pasileng Sur.

More than an environmental activity, the clean-up drive served as a proactive effort to help prevent flooding by clearing roadsides and drainage systems in preparation for the possible effects of the approaching weather disturbance.

Together, we serve. Together, we protect. Together, we build resilient communities.

The Avionics Society successfully conducted a coastal clean-up outreach program in Barangay Baroro, Bacnotan, La Union, to promote cleaner coastal environments, improve water quality, and strengthen environmental sustainability.

Carrying the theme “𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪: 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻,” the initiative highlighted the organization’s dedication to environmental stewardship, community involvement, and sustainable action for the betterment of humanity. Through collective effort and volunteerism, participants helped preserve marine ecosystems and raise awareness of the importance of protecting our oceans for future generations.

The Unified Council of Aviators (UCA), in collaboration with the Student Body Organizations (SBOs) and the Community Extension Services Office (CESO), proudly launches Project Luntian — a green campus initiative aimed at creating a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for our campus community.

Every meaningful change begins with a single step. Through this initiative, we hope to transform our campus into a greener and more welcoming space for everyone — one space, one plant, one effort, and one step at a time. 🌱

LOOK | 15 March 2026 – Tree Planting Activity: The Avionics Society, in collaboration with the Community Extension and Services Office, successfully conducted a Tree Planting Activity in Barangay Bued, Binalonan, Pangasinan, with the theme “Planting for Tomorrow: Prowess, Progress, and Sustainability.” The initiative was made possible through the partnership of the Barangay Officials of Bued, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Binalonan, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) Binalonan, Local Government Unit (LGU) of Binalonan, and the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) – Nueva Ecija. Aimed at promoting environmental conservation and community engagement, the activity involved planting various seedlings that symbolize hope for a greener and healthier future. LOOK | Strengthening Education Through Shared Commitment

The Community Extension Services Office (CESO), the Brainwaves Organization, and the WCC ATC Binalonan Library proudly joined forces in a meaningful partnership, resulting in the successful donation of more than 2,000 books to the library. This remarkable collection includes textbooks, reference materials, children’s storybooks, novels, review guides, and various supplementary academic resources designed to support learners from elementary to college level.

Each book symbolizes not just knowledge, but a united commitment to educational growth, lifelong learning, and community development. Through collaboration and shared purpose, we continue to open doors of opportunity, one book at a time.
