SCHEDULE OF ENROLLMENT FOR BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MIDWIFERY

Due to the current global energy crisis and in line with the guidelines set by concerned government agencies governing higher education institutions, all classes on April 21, 2026 (Tuesday) will shift to synchronous learning.

In addition to 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝟏𝟖-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, all Teaching Personnel with Friday and Saturday classes shall comply with the updated implementation schedule for online classes, regardless of whether the class is conducted once a week or on an MWF schedule, to compensate for the frequent holidays on Fridays.

ANNOUNCEMENT | 𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒

The signing of clearance for 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (Clearance for Graduation) is hereby extended until May 9, 2026, following the final examinations.

📌 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:

1. The Clearance for Graduation is required for the graduation application.
2. All graduating students will be issued an 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐨𝐟-𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟓–𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

All graduating students for the 2nd Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026, are hereby advised to process and submit their clearance starting April 13, 2026, at the Registrar’s Office.

Due to the current global energy crisis and in accordance with the guidelines of concerned government agencies governing higher education institutions, ALL CLASSES will shift to SYNCHRONOUS LEARNING on April 17, 18, 22, 25, and 30, 2026, and May 5, 2026.

Internship/On-the-Job Training/Clinical Practicum will remain FACE-TO-FACE as scheduled.

FINAL EXAMINATIONS across ALL programs will be conducted IN PERSON on the following dates:
• May 2–6, 2026 – Graduating Students
• May 9–15, 2026 – Non-Graduating Students
