We Theresians have been given a handful of days to stay at home and make ourselves to be in tip-top shape, for the sake of you and your fellow schoolmates, teachers, and staff.

While learning is still in our top priority, it is important to know when to give it a rest— working yourself to the ground is counterproductive to your health!

Invest in rest, reap the awards after.
Clear your mind, care for your body, stretch your limits, and not your stress!
