Isa sa mga nagmana ng mansyon ay si Don Jose Alberto, kapatid ni Donya Teodora Alonso, na ina ng ating pambansang bayaning si Dr. Jose Rizal. Pinakasalan naman ni Don Jose Alberto si Donya Teodora Formoso ngunit hindi naging maganda ang kanilang pagsasama dahil kay Donya Teodora Alonso.

Ang Dalawang Teodora ay parehong minsang tumira sa nasabing mansyon na siya namang naging mitsa ng habambuhay na hidwaan sa pamilya Alberto at Rizal.
