The Center for Geoinformatics, College of Forestry, College of Agriculture and College of Engineering, in collaboration with the project “Development of Innovative Production Techniques for Planting Materials to Sustain Benguet’s Bamboo Industry” of Benguet State University, will be hosting a three-day training program titled “𝙂𝙄𝙎 𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙨: 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙂𝙚𝙤𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙖𝙩𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙨”.

This training aims to provide Foresters, Agriculturists, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers, as well as other interested professionals, with essential knowledge and practical skills in spatial data management, mapping, and analysis. It will enable participants to perform basic GIS operations and interpret spatial information for planning, research, and policy development.

📌Open to all interested professionals across various sectors, but 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 for this training; thus, it will be on a 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀.
