Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, in view of the forecasted heavy rainfall that will be brought about by Super Typhoon Nando and the Southwest Monsoon, WORK IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS IN BENGUET IS SUSPENDED on 22 September 2025.

|| Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas has issued an Executive Order suspending all face-to-face classes in both public and private schools from PRESCHOOL to ELEMENTARY in the Province of Benguet on Thursday, July 31, 2025.

The suspension of classes for the secondary level is left to the discretion of the municipal Local Chief Executives based on the weather conditions on their respective municipalities.

Governor Diclas continues to encourage the public to remain vigilant and to follow updates from PAGASA and their respective Local Government Units.

Work in government offices and classes in private and public educational institutions at ALL LEVELS in Benguet and areas mentioned below are suspended on 23 July 2025 due to the continuous heavy rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
