. Pursuant to the directive of Office of the President through Memorandum Circular No. 129 and due to the continuous inclement weather, Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas said that face-to-face classes in all levels, both public and private, are still suspended on Wednesday, August 19.

Schools are encouraged to implement appropriate alternative learning modalities and other learning continuity measures, as may be feasible, to ensure that learning activities continue while face-to-face classes are suspended.

🌧️📖 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙚𝙨!

After days-long class suspension due to unfavorable weather conditions, our school warmly welcomed learners back to campus.

The day started with the 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 and 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙋𝘼𝙈𝙀𝙂𝙎𝙕𝘼 led by 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚 12 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨, followed by a fun and meaningful 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 (𝐏𝐅𝐀) 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 through games and interactive activities facilitated by Sir Mark B Libio.

The 𝐏𝐅𝐀 was conducted to help learners process recent experiences, ease stress and anxiety, promote emotional well-being, and strengthen resilience as they transition back to school after the disruption caused by the inclement weather condition.

The learners actively participated, showing enthusiasm and cooperation throughout the activity. ♥️

Classes are suspended due to unfavorable weather conditions. While school activities are paused, learning can still continue at home through reading, reviewing notes, and practicing good habits.

#𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐊 | Governor Dr. Melchor D. Diclas, through Executive Order No. 2026-60, has ordered the suspension of face-to-face classes from PRESCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGHSCHOOL (both public and private institutions) throughout the Province of Benguet on Wednesday, AUGUST 12, 2026.

The suspension will provide educational institutions with sufficient time to assess the condition of their respective areas, recover from the impacts of the week-long rainfall, clean and restore school facilities, and ensure a safe environment for the resumption of classes. This is also in consideration of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which may still bring cloudy skies, scattered rains, and thunderstorms across the province.

Schools are encouraged to implement appropriate alternative learning modalities and other learning continuity measures, as may be feasible, to ensure that learning activities continue while face-to-face classes are suspended.
