NOTICE: TO ALL PARENTS, AND GUARDIANS

A. APPLICATION AND ENROLLMENT of New Pupils for NURSERY, KINDER and TRANSFEREES from other schools for School Year 2023-2024 will be on JULY 17 – 22, 2023 during office hours.

B. ENROLLMENT for OLD PUPILS for School Year 2023-2024 will be on JULY 24-29 during office
hours.

If slots still available ENROLLMENT for NURSERY, KINDER, TRANSFEREES & OLD PUPILS will be open on JULY 31- AUGUST 5, 2023.

• REQUIREMENTS: 1. PSA Birth Certificate (Original and photocopy)
2. 2 long Brown envelopes (labeled with child’s name)
3. Required Down payment (Php 5,000)

• AGE REQUIREMENTS
NURSERY 1 = should be born on November 2019 to March, 2020 (3 yrs. & 5 mos.- 3 yrs. & 9 mos.)
NURSERY 2 = should be born on November 2018 to October 2019 (3 yrs. & 10 mos.- 4yrs.& 9 mos.)

KINDER = should be born on November 2017 to October 2018. (4 yrs. & 10 mos. – 5 yrs. & 9 mos.)

Note: Incomplete Requirements will not be entertained; in as much as we will only be ENROLLING NUMBER OF STUDENTS ACCORDING TO ROOM CAPACITY; thereby ENROLLMENT IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.

REGULAR CLASSES WILL START ON AUGUST 7, 2023
