Our learners successfully showcased their talents, skills, and career aspirations during the Career and Skills Expo 2026.

The Grade 10 and Grade 12 students presented their chosen professions through Career Shadowing, while students from Grades 7–12 demonstrated their creativity in Nail Art, Mini Dish Gardening, Dustpan Making, and Video Editing. As our first-ever Skills Expo, the event highlighted the importance of connecting education, skills development, and future career opportunities. Congratulations to all participants for making this activity a success! ✨

𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐓 𝐒𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐓 𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐈𝐒 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐍, 𝐈𝐍𝐂.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), as a partner agency in the implementation of Republic Act No. 11206, otherwise known as the “Secondary School Career Guidance and Counseling Act,” recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building and in accelerating social progress.

In coordination with Saint Louis High School of Sablan (SLS-Sablan), through Mr. Ferdinand L. Ringor, School Principal, and Ms. Jazzel O. Jose, Guidance Facilitator, the PRC–Cordillera Administrative Region, represented by Ms. Ivy D. Gayon, conducted a career orientation for 55 Grade 10 and Grade 12 learners in Sablan, Benguet.

The activity aimed to introduce and familiarize learners with the 63 regulated professions under the PRC, thereby guiding them in making informed decisions about the courses or professions they may pursue in college.

In line with the school’s vision and mission, the Guidance Office successfully conducted its annual School Campaign across Bilis Elementary School, Palali Elementary School, Sablan Central Elementary School, Bayabas Multi-Grade School, and Mating Mangosan Elementary School. Led by Ms. Jazzel Jose, the school's Guidance Facilitator, the campaign aimed to introduce the school’s academic programs, highlight its achievements and values, and encourage prospective learners to enroll for School Year 2026–2027—strengthening partnerships and guiding young learners toward holistic growth and future readiness.

On September 20, 2025, the SLSSI upper grounds became a meaningful venue for growth as our classroom and club officers participated in the Leadership Training-Workshop with the theme #𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰’𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐫𝐚. Graced by the presence of our School Principal, Mr. Ferdinand L. Ringor, the event was further enriched by the insightful and inspiring messages of our resource speakers, Mr. Dave P. Cammas and Ms. Raizza Jae O. Jose, who guided our young leaders in embracing their roles with confidence and purpose. Truly, it was a productive day of learning and empowerment, preparing our student leaders to meet the challenges of leadership in the digital age.
