MGAES Achieves Top 2 in STEMAZING - NUMBERACE at Sablan Central School on February 13, 2025

Three students from MGAES, Rheana Faye Iserio, Erica Binayan, and Nhyreille Daniel, displayed their mathematical abilities during the event. With guidance from their coaches, Mary Jean A. Twingan and Kristia P. Lataoan, these pupils successfully competed against various zones within the Sablan district.

"We felt quite nervous, but we are grateful to God for the wisdom He granted us, as well as to our coaches who have guided us in problem-solving and motivated us to be more resilient and focused on our objectives," Iserio said.

"STEMAZING- NUMBERACE"

MGAES hosted the Zone Meet in Mathematics, led by Maam Gina Panagan, the School Head.
The event featured teams from three different schools: Mating Mangosan Elementary School, Taya Multigrade School, and the host school.

The host school achieved 1st place in the competition, with representatives Nhyrielle Daniel from Grade 4, Erica Binay-an from Grade 5, and Rheana Faye Iserio from Grade 6.Meanwhile, Taya MGS secured 2nd place, followed by Mating Mangosan ES in 3rd place.

The Three pupils will be competing at Sablan District on February 13, 2025.

Baliba and Peligman, accompanied by School Head Gina D. Panagan and their coach Kristia P. Lataoan, participated in the poster-making competition organized by the Department of Agriculture in celebration of World Food Day.

This year's theme, "Right to Foods for a Better Life and a Better Future," inspired creative expressions among the participants. The team was recognized for their outstanding work, receiving both a certificate and a cash prize for their efforts. This achievement highlights the importance of food rights and the role of education in promoting sustainable practices for a brighter future.
