Theme: “Empowered by Skills, Driven by Excellence, Ready for the Future”
June 19, 2026 | 8:00 A.M.
Disadeco Hotel and Resort, San Nicolas, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya
The graduation ceremony was successfully conducted on June 19, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at Disadeco Hotel and Resort, San Nicolas, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, with the theme “Empowered by Skills, Driven by Excellence, Ready for the Future.” The event celebrated the achievements of one (1) regular trainee in Bread and Pastry Production NC II, eight (8) regular trainees in Housekeeping NC II, and twenty-one (21) scholars in Events Management Services NC III.
The program formally commenced with the processional, followed by the Entrance of Colors rendered by the PLTCI ROTC Officers. A solemn invocation was led by Ms. Marchanelle Anne B. Guipulao, after which the National Anthem and Vizcaya Hymn were presented through an audio presentation. Ms. Marie Crisnette O. Tiam delivered the welcome remarks, warmly greeting the graduates, guests, and attendees.
Inspirational messages were delivered by Engr. Purisimo L. Tiam, Chief Executive Officer, and Mrs. Maria Nonette O. Tiam, Executive Vice President and Vice President for Finance. Their messages highlighted the value of technical-vocational education in empowering individuals and preparing them for future opportunities.
The presentation of graduates was conducted by Ms. Maricel N. Cablinan, LPT, Registrar, followed by the confirmation of graduates by Ms. Cristina M. Mendoza, Director of the Technical-Vocational and Assessment Office. The guest speaker, Mr. Manuel Luna Pasamonte, Jr., LPT, MBA, was introduced by Ma. Cecille C. Sirut. In his graduation message, Mr. Pasamonte emphasized the importance of perseverance, continuous learning, and excellence in achieving personal and professional success.
The ceremony served as a testament to the institution’s commitment to producing competent and globally competitive graduates. Guided by the theme, the graduates left the ceremony empowered with skills, driven by excellence, and ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities of the future.
