According to OP Memo Circular No. 75, s. 2026 released by the Office of the President regarding the 4-Day Compressed Workweek, the IMDO and IEO will adopt this work arrangement.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: No office work

The Smart Classroom Building will follow the same schedule:
Monday – Thursday: Open for use
Friday: No usage of the Smart Classroom Building

"Learn and Re-Learn: VSU Table of Specifications and Test Item Analysis"

The Visayas State University, through the Instructional Materials Development Office (IMDO) and Instructions and Evaluation Office (IEO), successfully conducted a one-day workshop on August 15, 2025 at the VSU Smart Classroom Building.

The activity featured insightful discussions and hands-on workshops led by our distinguished resource persons:
Dr. Ma. Rachel Kim L. Aure – Director, Instructions and Evaluation Office
Asst. Prof. Helmar G. Ycong– Faculty, Faculty of Teacher Education

Participants gained valuable knowledge on Table of Specifications and Test Item Analysis, further enhancing their skills in teaching, assessment, and learning.

Indeed, it was a productive and meaningful day of learning and re-learning!

The VSU E-Learning Environment, Turnitin, and JoVE Workshop successfully gathered educators and participants to explore innovative tools for teaching, research, and academic integrity.

Held on August 13, 2025 at VSU Smart Classroom Building, the event featured insightful discussions and hands-on training that empowered participants to maximize technology in advancing quality education.
