To avoid delays, please ensure your account is in good standing (no delinquent status), and your subjects to enroll are correct (refer to course checklist/block schedule).

1st Year: Jan. 9
2nd Year: Jan. 10
3rd Year: Jan. 11
4th, 5th, and 6th Year: Jan. 12
Irregular or Returning: Jan. 13-14
Graduate Students: Jan. 9-14
Late Registration (w/ Fines): Jan 16-30

Classes start on January 15.

We are pleased to inform you that the VSUCAT 2026 Online Admissions Application will open on 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 22. Please stay tuned for the posting of the Admissions Portal link.

Application Period is from December 22, 2025 to January 31, 2026.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

We are aware that a technical issue within our online student records management system has incorrectly displayed a blocked or delinquency status for all freshmen students in the accounting, registrar, and infirmary modules.

On Monday, a system anomaly occurred without the knowledge of staff, causing this incorrect status display. This is a display error only. Your actual academic and financial standing with the University has not been affected.

The University Information and Communications Technology Management Center (ICTMC) has been working diligently since the issue was identified. A fix is currently in progress and is being prioritized.

Freshmen Students: Please disregard the delinquency/block status in your portal for now.

For urgent concerns requiring immediate verification of your clear status, please visit the Registrar's Office, Accounting Office, or Infirmary in person, and we will assist you manually.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this system error has caused. We understand the concern it creates, and we are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.

We will provide another update once the fix has been successfully implemented by the ICTMC.

REMINDER: Completion of INC Grades

To all students with INC grades incurred in the 1st Semester (AY 2024-2025), please be advised that the extended submission deadline is on Friday, December 5, 2025 (as per OVPAA Memo Circular # 52, s 2025) .

Ensure your Grade Completion forms are submitted at the Registrar's Office on time. Please share this information with your classmates who may need to see it.
