As we welcome a new Rotary year, we embrace a powerful challenge set by Rotary International — “𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭.” More than a theme, it is a call for every Rotarian and Rotaractor to move beyond temporary acts of service and focus on creating sustainable change that transforms communities, strengthens relationships, and inspires future generations. It reminds us that true service is not measured by what we do today alone, but by the positive difference that continues long after our work is done.

For the passionate leaders of Rotaract District 3860, this theme perfectly reflects who we are and what we have always stood for: 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. District 3860 has consistently empowered changemakers across communities in Visayas and Mindanao, proving that service becomes more powerful when it uplifts others in ways that are sustainable, measurable, and transformative. Every project we launch, every leader we develop, and every life we touch becomes part of a legacy far greater than ourselves.

This World Rotaract Week, we proudly celebrate the 58th year of Rotaract. A movement that has shaped countless young leaders and changed communities around the world.

Rotaract is more than an organization. It is a family that brings together passionate individuals who believe in service, leadership, and genuine friendship. Through every project, every meeting, and every act of kindness, we continue to show that young people can lead meaningful change in our communities.

As we mark this milestone, we celebrate the dedication of every Rotaractor who gives their time, talent, and heart to serve. Thank you for keeping the spirit of Rotaract alive and strong.
