After weeks of learning, practicing, creating, and working together, you have finally completed your training journey at Switch Café!

From your first day of training to your final hands-on activities, we witnessed your dedication, patience, creativity, and willingness to learn. You experienced different activities and challenges that allowed you to put your knowledge into practice—from preparing and shaping dough, baking various breads and pastries, making cakes and cream puffs, to creating different products through teamwork and hands-on learning.

Every activity may have started with simple ingredients, but each one came with valuable lessons. There were moments of excitement, challenges to overcome, mistakes to learn from, and achievements to celebrate. Most importantly, you gained not only technical skills but also confidence, discipline, teamwork, and experiences that you can bring with you beyond the training room.

Your training may have come to an end, but this is only the beginning of a new chapter. Institutional Assessment | Bread and Pastry Production NC II

Another important milestone for our TESDA Scholars as they take part in the Institutional Assessment for Bread and Pastry Production NC II.

This assessment provides our trainees with an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and competencies they have developed throughout their training. From preparation and proper techniques to the actual production of baked products, every task reflects their dedication, patience, and continuous learning.

Beyond the finished products, this experience reminds us that every skill is built through practice, perseverance, and a willingness to improve. We are proud of our trainees for taking on this challenge and putting their learning into action.👍🏻🤍

INSTITUTIONAL ASSESSMENT | BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II 🍞

Today marks another important step in the journey of our TESDA Scholars as they take their Institutional Assessment for Bread and Pastry Production NC II.

Through this assessment, our trainees have the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and competencies they have gained throughout their training—from proper preparation and handling of ingredients to producing quality bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products.

More than the finished products, this assessment reflects their dedication, hard work, patience, and continuous learning throughout the training.

To our BPP trainees, congratulations for coming this far! Keep learning, keep improving, and continue to believe in your abilities. May this experience bring you one step closer to achieving your goals.

Maraming salamat po sa Barangay Paragos sa pagkakataong maging bahagi ng munting outreach activity ngayong araw. ❤

Ikinagagalak po ng Switch Cafe at ng aming TESDA Scholars – Bread and Pastry Production NC II na makapagbahagi ng pagkain bilang simpleng handog para sa ating mga kabarangay.

Ang simpleng pagbabahagi ay maaaring maging maliit na bagay para sa iba, ngunit maaari itong magkaroon ng malaking halaga kapag ginagawa nang may puso, malasakit, at tunay na hangaring makatulong. Nawa’y ang munting handog na ito ay nakapagbigay ng saya at positibong alaala sa ating komunidad.

Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng tumulong at naging bahagi ng gawaing ito. Sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang pagbabahagi, pagtutulungan, at pagpapakita ng malasakit sa ating kapwa. God bless po sa ating lahat! 🙏✨

As part of our Bread and Pastry Production NC II journey, our TESDA Scholars had the opportunity to share not only the pastries they made, but also a little kindness with the children currently staying at the Manambong Sur Evacuation Center.

With the cupcakes, muffins, and mamon we prepared, we hope we were able to bring smiles and brighten their day, even in a simple way. 💛

For us, baking is more than just learning a skill—it’s also about creating something that can be shared with others. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳✨

Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng tumulong at naging bahagi ng munting gesture na ito. Together, we bake, we share, and we care. 🤍

Maraming salamat din po sa pagkakataong makapagbahagi at makatulong kahit sa simpleng paraan. Masaya po ang Switch Cafe at aming TESDA Scholars (Bread and Pastry Trainees) na makapagbigay ng munting treats para sa mga bata. Sana po ay nakatulong kahit kaunti upang mapasaya sila sa kabila ng sitwasyon. 🙏🏻💙
