In order to provide government employees full opportunity to properly observe traditional AIl Saints' Day and All Souls' Day activities, allow them to travel to and from different regions in the country, and promote domestic tourism, work in government offices and classes at all levels shall be suspended on 31 October 2024 starting 12:00 p.m.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.

Tapapan National High School hosted the Youth Leadership Summit (Batch-1) with great success.

Bauko Training Center conducts the three-day Youth Leadership Summit training regimen incorporated programs and activities highlighting the development of leadership skill. The activity was attended by 66 students from Grade 10, Grade 11 and Grade 12 of Tapapan National High School on September 20-22, 2024.

The summit aims to enhance the potential of the youth to become responsible citizens and catalysts in advocating peace and development. To develop the character as well as leadership potential of the youth. It aims to train each participant to respond productively and positively to any situation and to serve as role models for other youths. Collectively, the YLS hopes to rekindle, develop and enhance teamwork and camaraderie.

Guest of Honor and Speaker JO1 Elvie Cawa-it Poclan conclude her message, “the path towards peace and development is not an easy one, but it is a journey worth undertaking. As you leave this summit, I urge you to carry these objectives in your hearts and minds. Embrace your role as leaders, advocates, and change-makers. Together, let us build a future where peace prevails, where development is inclusive, and where every young person has the opportunity to thrive”.
