Presentation of the School Monitoring Evaluation and
Plan Adjustment (SMEPA)
for the 1st-4th Quarters of
S.Y 2025-2026
On March 26, 2026, Paaralang Elementarya ng Nangkaan conducted the presentation of the School Monitoring, Evaluation, and Plan Adjustment (SMEPA) for the 1st to 4th quarters of School Year 2025–2026. The activity was attended by parents and aimed to enhance their understanding and involvement in the school’s monitoring and evaluation processes.
The program began with an opening prayer led by Ma’am Dorotea O. Manalo, followed by the welcome message and introduction from the school head, Ma’am Marites C. Nario. In her message, she emphasized the importance of the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan in assessing school performance, improving student outcomes, and ensuring effective implementation of programs.
Key components of the M&E plan, including its objectives, methods, and performance indicators, were presented to help parents better understand the school’s progress and areas for improvement. The activity also highlighted the vital role of parents as partners in promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous school improvement. The presentation concluded with a strengthened commitment among stakeholders to support the success of every learner.

Congratulations to our school for achieving an overall score of 2.76 in the WASH in Schools (WinS) validation, equivalent to a 3-star rating, which reflects a satisfactory level of implementation.
These results highlight our school’s commitment to promoting a safe and healthy learning environment, while also pointing out opportunities to further enhance our WASH standards.
We would also like to acknowledge Nurse Daine Flores for conducting today’s WinS validation, along with the guidance and support of our WinS Coordinator, Ma’am Jacquelyn G. De La Vega, and our School Head, Ma’am Marites C. Nario.

Our Kindergarten and Grade 6 students attended the Holy Mass as a meaningful part of celebrating their journey in school. It was a special moment for them to thank God for all the lessons, experiences, and growth they have gained throughout the year. The Mass also gave them time to reflect, seek guidance, and prepare themselves as they take the next step in their educational journey.
