The training opened with a session on Creating Gender-Fair Classrooms: Promoting Equity, Respect, and Inclusion in Junior High Schools, facilitated by Sir Dennis N. Mendoza, Principal I. He emphasized the importance of recognizing diversity in the classroom and ensuring that all learners are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
