Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council and in view of the Heavy Rainfall Warnings, all classes shall be conducted asynchronously on August 18, 2026. Students are advised to check their respective learning platforms, emails, or official group channels for instructions, learning materials, and assignments from their instructors.

Furthermore, all faculty members shall observe a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement on the said date. Faculty are reminded to log their attendance through the Online Employee Attendance Monitoring System (OEAMS) and to submit their accomplishment reports accordingly.

Please be informed that our Rescheduled General Orientation scheduled today at 1:00 PM is hereby CANCELLED due to the declaration of the Office of the President under Memorandum Circular No. 127, concerning the implementation of Alternative Work Arrangements in Government Offices.

Moreover, technical difficulties, particularly weak internet connectivity, may also affect the conduct of the activity through FB Live Streaming.

Pursuant to the declaration of the Local Government Unit of Lemery regarding the suspension of Face-to-Face Classes, Batangas State University The National Engineering University - Lemery Campus will shift to 𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐒 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 tomorrow, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲).

Furthermore, the 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for New Students, Transferees, and Old Students will also be conducted 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄.
