Bilaran Elementary School is pleased to announce the release of FREE Faculty Identification Cards for all teaching personnel. This initiative is made possible through the leadership and support of Dr. Ma. Rita Luz M. De Padua, School Principal III, together with Ma’am Melissa A. Bagunu, Administrative Officer II.
The project is funded under the school’s MOOE, ensuring that all faculty members are provided with official and updated identification without cost.
We also recognize Sir Erick de Guzman for his work in the design and production of the IDs.

ONGOING PTA PROJECT: CEMENTING OF SCHOOL GROUND CALL FOR DONATION
Through the initiative of the PTA under the leadership of Mr. Joey Llagas and the unwavering support of our dedicated parents, the cementing of the school ground in front of the HIM Building is currently underway.
While significant progress has been made, the project is not yet complete, and we are humbly seeking additional donations and assistance to help finish it.
This project aims to provide a safer, cleaner, and more conducive environment for our learners. The school continues to seek the support of stakeholders, alumni, and community partners for the welfare and benefit of our pupils.

Successful Monitoring Marks 100% Readiness for Opening of Classes SY 2026-2027
The monitoring of the opening of classes was successfully conducted, highlighting the school’s strong commitment to preparedness and quality education. The activity was led by Sir Aris Dimaano, Monitoring Official from Division of Batangas , alongside Ma’am Avelina O. Gaa, Public School District Supervisor.
The monitoring team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the school’s readiness, including classroom setup, learning materials, safety protocols, and overall school environment. Their assessment ensured that all essential components were in place to support a smooth and effective start of the academic year.
Following the thorough inspection, the school achieved an outstanding result of 100% – Highly Ready, indicating full compliance with the standards set for the opening of classes.
This recognition reflects the dedication and collaborative efforts of the school administrators, teachers, staff headed by Dr. Ma. Rita Luz M. De Padua, and stakeholders who worked hand in hand to prepare the learning environment.

Bilaran Elementary School Opens School Year with Meaningful Flag Raising Ceremony
Bilaran Elementary School officially welcomed learners, teachers, and parents as it conducted its Opening of Classes Flag Raising Ceremony, marking the start of another exciting and productive school year.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Philippine National Police (PNP) Palico, who joined the school community in showing support for the opening of classes and promoting safety and discipline among learners.
School Head Dr. Ma. Rita Luz M. De Padua warmly greeted the learners, teachers, and parents. In her message, she welcomed everyone back to school and emphasized the importance of cooperation, respect, and commitment to learning. She also shared important reminders on maintaining discipline, practicing good values, ensuring cleanliness within the school premises, and prioritizing the safety and well-being of every learner throughout the school year.
Adding meaning to the program, Mrs. LuzvimindavV. Tadeo led the patriotic songs etc. while selected Grade 6 pupils confidently led the school community in the Panalangin, Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, and Panatang Makabayan, demonstrating leadership and patriotism among their fellow learners.
A special spiritual reflection was also shared by Grade 6 pupil Quince Anton Angeles, who read a Bible verse from The Book of Psalms: “When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.” The verse served as an inspiring reminder for everyone to place their faith and trust in God as they begin a new academic journey.
The flag raising ceremony concluded with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and determination among learners, teachers, and parents. Through the collective efforts of the school community and its partners, Bilaran Elementary School looks forward to a successful, safe, and meaningful School Year 2026–2027.
