Bisaya Elementary School conducted a Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session focused on “Understanding and Writing Action Research.”

The session started with an inspiring message from our Principal I Maam Marlene Asuncion, who shared important reminders and guidance to help teachers stay committed to continuous professional growth, effective teaching practices, and collaborative learning.

The session was then facilitated by our Master Teacher I , Maam Maria Jessica Marasigan, who provided valuable insights and practical guidance on understanding the fundamentals of action research, identifying classroom-based problems, and developing an appropriate action research proposal.

Through this LAC session, teachers were empowered to become reflective practitioners who use evidence and inquiry to address challenges and improve learning outcomes.
