Lemery Senior High School successfully participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on June 18, 2026, demonstrating proper earthquake response procedures and promoting a culture of safety and preparedness among students, teachers, and staff. Together, we continue to strengthen our readiness and resilience in the face of emergencies. 🌍🚨

Ten years ago, a vision was ignited.

What began in 2016 as a commitment to provide accessible and quality Senior High School education has since evolved into a remarkable institution that continues to shape lives, transform communities, and inspire generations.

Today, we proudly celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Lemery Senior High School—a milestone forged by the dedication, sacrifice, and commitment of every teaching and non-teaching personnel who have served the school from 2016 to the present. Their passion and hard work laid the foundation upon which countless dreams have been built.

For a decade, Lemery SHS has stood as a home of learning, growth, and opportunity. Within its classrooms, learners discovered their potential; within its corridors, aspirations took flight. From these halls emerged professionals, educators, engineers, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, public servants, and leaders who now create meaningful impact both here in the Philippines and across the globe.

Today, as the largest Senior High School in the Province of Batangas in terms of student population, we celebrate not only the numbers we have grown into, but more importantly, the lives we have touched, the futures we have shaped, and the legacy we continue to build.

𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 | 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆

The Philippine flag has always been more than cloth stitched in red, blue, white, and gold. It is a story carried by the wind—a story of blood shed by those who dreamed of a nation they would never fully live to see.

Every June 12, we raise it high.

We sing the anthem. We post greetings online. We honor and remember the names written in history books, and most of all, we celebrate the day when our country reclaimed its dignity and independence.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻
Long before we heard the streets echoed with jeepney horns and children’s laughter, our nation wore chains forged by centuries of colonization. The Philippines endured years of silence, overshadowed by fear, voices muted by oppression, and dreams denied by those who ruled our land. But even in the darkest chapter of our history, there were those who dared to imagine freedom, stepped forward to restore the nation’s spirit, and enlightened the minds of Filipinos.

They were farmers and workers, writers and revolutionaries. Armed with courage greater than certainty, they stood against an empire far more powerful than themselves. They fought not because victory was guaranteed, but because freedom was worth every sacrifice.

On June 12, 1898, independence was declared.

For the first time, the Philippine flag waved not as a symbol of longing, but as proof that hope had become reality.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗪𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱
Generations later, many of us know wars and revolutions only through photographs and textbooks. We wake up free to speak our thoughts, pursue education, and dream beyond the limitations our ancestors once faced.

Freedom has become ordinary.

Perhaps that is why we sometimes forget how extraordinary it truly is.

Independence is not only the absence of foreign rule; it is the presence of dignity. It is the right to question, to participate, to choose, and to hope without fear. It is a privilege inherited from those who paid a price far greater than we can imagine.

And so, as we raise the flag each year, we are not only remembering history; we are carrying it forward.

Every learner's journey begins with a strong foundation.

Today, June 11, 2026, Lemery Senior High School is administering the Literacy and Numeracy (LiNK) Tests pursuant to DM-OULS-2026-221. More than an assessment, this activity serves as a vital step in understanding learners' current competencies and identifying opportunities for growth.

By measuring essential literacy and numeracy skills, the school strengthens its commitment to responsive instruction, meaningful interventions, and improved learning outcomes for all.

At Lemery SHS, every data point matters because every learner matters.
