This recognition is a celebration of youth leadership, collaboration, and community-centered action in building disaster resilience!

To celebrate the hard work, passion, and commitment of our young leaders, we proudly awarded 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 to our outstanding participants last April 26!

Each student leader showed incredible growth in disaster preparedness and leadership — proving that the future of Alangilan is in capable hands. Your dedication and energy throughout Project GONI inspired us all!

Last 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 26, we proudly wrapped up the implementation of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐈 at 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 with a meaningful 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲!

We were honored to have officials from the 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧, who shared inspiring messages about the importance of disaster preparedness and community involvement.

𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 emphasized the vital role of the council in implementing safety measures to protect the people, while 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 and 𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐚 reminded everyone that being ready means everything.

Last 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 12, we were honored to welcome 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐥, 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐠𝐲. 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧, who shared valuable insights on the different types of disasters that have affected our community. Last 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 8, we officially launched 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐈 at 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥! 🎉 Our first day was filled with 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 as student leaders dove into disaster preparedness through interactive discussions and fun activities.
